- Implement tower counting algo for heavy ion run in Layer 2 packer and unpackers
- Added new MPUnpacker_0x10010033 that unpacks new EtSum kTowerCount
- Bugfix to heavy ion algo in EtSum MP emulator
- Added plotting for tower count
- Reverted updates to caloStage2Params v3.1
- Added new caloStage2Params v3.3 with new tower count configurable parameters
- Added EGVeto bypass and Jet PUS bypass to Layer 2 emulators
- Minor bug fix to jet saturation: now saturate at seed Et = 509, 510 as well as 511 (saturation codes)
- Minor bug fix to demux jet saturation: now saturate at 0x7FF
- Minor bug fix to use correct tower Et & eta thresholds for tower count algo in MP EtSum algo
