- add Photon Fall17 V2 ID and use new effective areas for all 2017 and 2018 samples (needs [10_2_X] Syncing Egamma ID code with 10_4_X cms-sw/cmssw#25313 + [10.2.X] Update RecoEgamma-PhotonIdentification to 01-00-06 cms-sw/cmsdist#4518) @guitargeek @michelif @Sam-Harper @lsoffi @swagata87
- remove unnecessary customization of PatAlgosTools task
- bugfix photon mvaID17_WP80 and mvaID17_WP90 definition in run2_nanoAOD_94X2016
- use Fall17 v1p1 instead of v1 for photon MVA ID everywhere
