There is an inconsistency. cmssw-validation.spec is fetching the sources from GitHub, but cmssw-ib.spec still used SVN. Correct the situation and fetch sources from GitHub. Signed-off-by: David Abdurachmanov <David.Abdurachmanov@cern.ch>
