glibc is now shipped in two version compiled according to the OS. Advanced xz and autotools version, added slc7 keyword alongside several slc6 ones. Temporarily disable openloops.
Builds against cms version of libxml.

Libxstl have its own toolfile and compiles against distributed version of libxml2.
