@hengne - for example means that this PR changes (at least statistically) results in 7_4_X. Do you see why? |

@davidlange6 I re-gen the gen-sim here using 7_4_12, and updated the gen-sim input to use the version from 7_4_12. The reason to do this was there were some newly back ported workflows from 75x and 76x, so wanted to re-fresh the gen-sims. Could this be a reason to explain what you see? |

This pull request is fully signed and it will be integrated in one of the next CMSSW_7_4_X IBs (tests are also fine) and once validation in the development release cycle CMSSW_7_6_X is complete. This pull request requires discussion in the ORP meeting before it's merged. @davidlange6, @Degano, @smuzaffar |

backport: relval scripts update, 2015c data workflows, 75x 76x new workflows
This PR collectively back ported the following changes:
[Tested with full set of relval workflows with IB CMSSW_7_4_X_2015-09-22-1100]
1.) back port the following new workflows from 76x and 75x:
- replace LM1_sfts_13 by SMS-T1tttt_mGl-1500_mLSP-100_13
- replace Cosmics_UP15 by CosmicsSPLoose_UP15
- replace BuJpsiK_13, BuToKstarMuMu_13, BuToKstarPsi2S_13 by PhiToMuMu_13, EtaBToJpsiJpsi_13, and BuMixing_13
2.) back port the structure re-organization of the Relval scripts from 75x and 76x, i.e. PR #10558 by @boudoul
3.) Back port newly added 2015C 25ns data workflows. Also including the following fixes:
- fix "LumiList" selection of the lumi blocks
- update 2015 golden Jason file that cover 2015B+C runs.
- fix HLT DQM plot filling issue for 25ns 2015c data: "L1REPACK"=> "L1REPACK:GT2"
4.) replace deprecated raw input files for three 2012 data workflows:
ZElSkim2012B, ZElSkim2012C, and ZElSkim2012D
5.) remove experimental dqm gui url for plots output.
