Trigger matching with tracker muons (80X)

80X port of the fix from @HuguesBrun for the muon T&P: 4916b86
Does not run in production.
PR is rooted on CMSSW_8_0_1, but merges also in 81X: should I make two PRs or auto-forward-port is still enabled from 80X to 81X?
