A new Pull Request was created by @smuzaffar (Malik Shahzad Muzaffar) for CMSSW_8_1_X.

It involves the following packages:

PhysicsTools/CondLiteIO

@cmsbuild, @montjj, @davidlange6 can you please review it and eventually sign? Thanks.
