Repeated Bins in single muon trigger histos fixed

In TopHLTOffline, for SingleTop -> SingleMuon -> TriggerMon histogram had two extra bins (Last two trigger paths were repeating). This was because these paths were copied twice in the list of muon paths in DQMOffline/Trigger/python/singletopHLTEventDQM_cfi.py file. This has been fixed
