HLT JetMET changes from Jia Fu Low (jiafulow:JMT-new-codes-0224), incl. fixes to his changes.
Removal of obsolete (2011) HLTMhtHtFilter<> HLTCaloMhtHtFilter.
Update of all HLT configs to use updated JetMET plugins.
