Problems in tests are not related to this PR. There is an issue with SiPixelQuality object. Also regression is wrong in WFs 160.53

This pull request is fully signed and it will be integrated in one of the next CMSSW_10_2_X IBs (tests are also fine) and once validation in the development release cycle CMSSW_12_0_X is complete. This pull request will now be reviewed by the release team before it's merged. @silviodonato, @dpiparo, @qliphy (and backports should be raised in the release meeting by the corresponding L2)

I have realized that, while this PR was merged almost a month ago, it was not actually integrated in the latest available 10_2_X release, CMSSW_10_2_26. Could you please comment on when this modification is expected to be integrated? This is needed for an MC request. Thank you!
