DT DQM slice-test updates

PR description:

This PR adds few new features to the DT online DQM to monitor data collected with the DT phase-2 slice test.
The updated features are only enabled within a private instance of the DT online DQM setup, therefore no changes are expected due to this PR, nor in offline workflows, nor in the CMS central online DQM setup.

PR validation:

The PR was validated testing it over several runs processed with a private instance of the DT online DQM.
