Added new Geant4 stepper for tracking in magnetic field

PR description:

With Geant4 10.7 new steppers for tracking in magnetic field were added including templated variant of our default G4TDormandPrince45. In this PR these new classes are included as an alternative, which may be configured. Because these are templated classes, authors expect better CPU performance.

PR validation:

in the test of standard WF simulation history is not changed if G4TDormandPrince45 is used.
