Switch to templated Geant4 magnetic field stepper

PR description:

New Geant4 magnetic field stepper G4TDormandPrince45 is now CMS default. No change in any WF is expected, because it is the same stepper as the CMS current default. It is also expected some CPU speed-up of simulation.
