delete "calotoweroptmaker"

[TaiSakuma]

This PR deletes calotoweroptmaker, which was an alternative to towerMaker and used as the inputs to a set of optimized caloMETs.

The names of the optimized caloMETs started with "metOpt". These were event contents of RECO and were discontinued at CMSSW_6_1_X:

Apart from the known issue jenkins are fine. Further tested 7e569d1 on top of CMSSW_7_2_X_2014-06-17-1400. No diffs (including event content/sizes; short matrix).
