3 HI workflows with 13 TeV pp GEN-SIM

3 HI workflows with 13 TeV pp GEN-SIM; for HI validation while himixing unavailable

• used physics channels proposed by @BetterWang add pp generator using HI tracking workflow #5797
• assuring Acla consistency across all the steps
• migrating from 8 to 13 TeV, as agreed with @kkrajczar

When I ran the RelVals I found an error in the following worklfows:
4.53 step2
