Improved GEM digitization model, including: alow digitization for all simhits; reduced efficiency for electron registration; improved cluster size model; background model for ME0 improved; background rates for ge11 ge21 and me0 corespond to the lumi of 5x10^{34}cm^{-2}s^{-1}; negative strip number bug fixed.

@mileva, some time ago GEM software was integrated from 6_2_SLHC to 7_3_X. If digi are improved now in 6_2 then some synchronisation for 7_3_X would be useful.

Is this everything for the GEM update discussed in the Technical Proposal meeting last Thursday?

I think yes - these are all the changes we wanted to include in the GEM digitizer. For the moment we do not plane other major changes.
