FastSim 74X: remove FastSim specific collections from AODSIM

Backport of #8854 and #9202
#9202 allows to drop FastSim specific content from AODSIM,

leading to a significant reduction of the AODSIM event size

• FullSim: 136 kB / event (3000 events, RelVal)
• 
FastSim before: 210 kB / event ( 100 events, private)
• 
FastSim after: 136 kB /event (100 events, private)
  Fastsim reco cleanup #8854 is included to enable direct rebase of FastSim: fix trackref in ConversionTrackCollection #9202 on 74X

Please consider merging this in time for 743.
This backport is definitely required for production.
It is unlikely to break anything.
If it does break something it will only affect FastSim,
and it is better to break FastSim 743 than in 744.
