Options impractical with long lines #169

Long options should be broken into multiple lines instead of being ellipsized.
When editing a long line, the cursor should not stick to the right border.

Regarding 2: vim shows you multiple lines in command mode. I think this is the best solution for cmus and not too hard to implement.
