Use musicbrainz IDs for more awesomeness!

I'd love to see cmus use the musicbrainz IDs for more intelligent ordering:

• If the musicbrainz_albumid differ for the same album name, show them as two different albums, e.g. Infected Mushroom - B.P.Empire: 1 2
• If the Albumartist is Various Artistsand the musicbrainz_albumartistid is set but is not set to 89ad4ac3-39f7-470e-963a-56509c546377 don't show it under <Various Artists>
• When playing random treat different files with the same musicbrainz_trackid as one file (and e.g. just use the oldest version available)

I know that this request would require some work to do but I'd like to write it down somewhere :)
