format_treewin_artist Not working properly

When setting format_treewin_artist in cmus to something other than %a the current value is displayed for all of the entries. (I tried changing %a to %A to have it display the album artist instead of the artist)

Example of left pane of tree view:

Alestorm
Alice Deejay
Aphex Twin

becomes:

Alestorm
Alestorm
Alestorm

when Alestorm is highlighted in the list. Then all the entries become Alice Deejay when the down arrow is pressed.

This issue does not reproduce for me with 2.9.1.
