AudioFile and LiveSpeech not quite working yet. Also we no longer do stupid things like default to "goforward.raw" as the input

Implement, mostly, the
AudioFileandLiveSpeechAPIs from pocketsphinx-python. There are a few changes, mainly to remove parameters that were not useful, but code written for that module should still work properly.
