As a visitor I would like the choice to prioritize either live data or to freeze the data for a minute so I can compare (hit the pause button). #29

As a user, I want to pause the Make A Viz data stream so I can view the same data for a period of time - this will help me understand how changing variables effects the visualization without the data changes interfering.

Have pause button cancel after 1 minute of inactivity
