Device is not connecting

Hey i am getting this error

and my device is zk iface 302 can you please help me with that.

Greetings, Please, read very carefully the README.md file. Also you have to double check for: + Your device's firmware version: TAD-PHP has been tested, only on devices running ZEM-800, ZEM-600, or ZEM-580 firmware. There is no guarantee it works on devices running others firmwares. + Your device must has support for processing SOAP requests through an integrated web server. If your device does not have one, consult your dealer about How to upgrade your device. + The device's IP address must match the IP set when you create an TAD-PHP instance.
