Press enter in search field, should navigate to the first result in the list #5

Currently user has to click the link returned in the search result to navigate.
If user have input enough information and have confidence in the top ranking result, press enter should take him/her there.

Hi, if this is said, iff the keyword match one of results completely, we should directly render the contents in right-hand?
