android device don't show keyboard when click editbox

• devices test on:oppo CPH1609 (F3)
• developing environments
  • NDK version:r8e
  • Android Studio Version:3.1.1

Steps to Reproduce:

1. open a scene where have a cc.ui.editbox
2. lock my deviec
3. un lock my device

and then i want to click the editbox and i hope the keybroad show on my device, but it didn't happen.
the file Cocos2dxEditBoxHelper.java and then line 428 if (null != editBox) unpass
