Access to Android Java files, the different citation methods of 3.16 and 3.17.2

Steps to Reproduce:

In version 3.17.2, I added a new C++ file in the Classes directory to access the Android Java file. I need to reference the C++ file in the CMarkLists.txt file, but in version 3.16, I need to reference it in the Android.mk file of the Android project C++ files, why are there two different ways of quoting? Is the same method applicable to these two different versions?
