DEPRECATED: use official wallpaer feature
This is wallpaper plugin for intellij. That's all.

In version 2016.2, this plugin doesn't work correctly.
Please use official feature anyway.

If you want to move pictures with scroll, you should use intellij-BackgroundChibiChara.
