[Bug]: import erroring out after WP update.

What happened?

Member teied to upload the csv file. It cleared the dB but failed to update the meeting data.

Could it be an issue with the newly updated version of WP we just installed.

The front end is thowing this error:
Configuration error: data is not in the correct format.

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

oh no! yes i was able to repro this on our demo site as well. something appears to be Very Wrong

just released 3.14.18 which should hopefully fix this issue - could you test it out?

you may not even need to reupload your csv, when i was testing it, it picked up the upload in progress and applied it
