- add DB user and password
- change docker compose and dockerfiles
- add requirements
- add django debug toolbar and other debugging tools
- update readme and makefile with these changes

- change and update docker configs - upgrade database - add database update instructions - update Dockerfiles - change deployment configurations - add DB auth - add multiple API configurations - change and update api requirements - add django debug toolbar and other tools - remove unused requirements - update some easily update-able requirements - update makefile and readme to account for the changes
