Introduction
Update readme about the Stepper.
Purpose
Readme file is updated with the information about the stepper. It has usages and other information. Some code to help integration with SwiftUI and UIKit is also included.
Scope
These changes are only in regards with documentation and not functionality/UI change.
Out of Scope
Any functionality or UI changes.
