The card is encrypted and no NFC readers seem to be able to ready anything useful from it. This document might contain some useful information and I can provide a raw export from FareBot if anyone wants to try and add support for this card.

* Implement better Mifare Ultralight card type detection (Android's doesn't
  support EV1 or locked cards).

* Show a full-screen warning whenever a fully locked Ultralight card is
presented (eg: Opal single-use and free ticket types), like what is done
  for Mifare Classic.
