Details of the issues

• Screenshot of Share modal showing that anyone can comment (which is awesome)
• Screenshot of File menu showing that no one can make a copy of doc
• Which means that the Disable “download, print and copy” features for Google files has been set
• Here is an article from Stackexchange that shows what the screen is for editing that setting (only the owner of the file can see these options in the share screen) https://webapps.stackexchange.com/questions/50461/prevent-people-from-downloading-copying-making-a-copy-of-data-in-google-doc , Please uncheck the disable option.
• For a counter example, see the doc you provided:
  • Progress Diary which is copy-able. However, the Share settings are: anyone on the internet with this link can edit. Is that what you intended?

• We are not able to see the Trello board without asking for access. Is this your intention. We recommend making the board visible and (potentially copy-able) to anyone with the link and only editable by people who have been granted access
