Uploaded images XO icons don't work (🅼3)

Describe the bug

When reporting a problem, user can upload up to 3 images (as per current configuration).

Uploaded images have 2 icons below then, but they do not work (nothing happens when clicked)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
