A File Processing Automation system for the KP IT Board, something that will replace conventional file Processing System & increasing efficiency of the overall intergovernmental processes 100 times!

Civic Impact

The expected advantages from this system are :

• The resources to be used will get minimized.
• The time will required to process these documents will be significantly reduced compared to previous method.
• We believe on customer satisfaction and this system will reduce burden from the employees.
• It will help the internees of companies to know about their letter , application etc.
