Description
We should check if the convert program exists before doing any processing. Currently, it just checks for a non-empty string in the config file, which is insufficient.

Checklist:

  • Securely signed commits
  • Component(s) with PHPDoc blocks, only if necessary or adds value
  • Unit testing, with >80% coverage
  • User guide updated
  • Conforms to style guide

Moved checking of convert to constructor.
