The way that the alliance list is shown is clunky and not very helpful for new players. I think that there should be some UI changes so that it is user friendly. My suggestions are.

  1. Make a list of all the alliances that are that have at least 1 player on in 1 year and then have a button to look at dead alliances.
  2. Show the total amount of ships, buildings , colonies, and stars each alliance has from the alliance list.
  3. Allow a collapsable description that alliances can add to describe themselves without taking up so much space in the alliance list.

I think that some of these might be somewhat difficult to code in but I think it would help highlight active players. This could also help new players better understand where the game is at.
