I try to start an existing workspace that worked fine 2 weeks ago. Trying to start it again today fails with this error:

Start of environment default failed. Error: Error response from docker API, status: 500, message: Error response from daemon: couldn't get vxlan id for "10.0.0.0/24": failed to allocate vxlan id: no bit available

It also happens when I try to create a new workspace.

The issue has been mentioned here before:
#841 (comment)
and was said to be resolved. But today it seems to be back again.

Same error is also mentioned in the description of this Che ticket eclipse-che/che#2930, although the main issue / issue title is a different one.

Not sure if it's just a coincidence or if it actually solved the problem directly: I went to the Factories section, where one factory is listed. I clicked "Open in IDE" on the factory. When the factory was finished, a new workspace started just fine, and I can also start the old workspaces again without errors.
