Rewrite the stack and recipe search in accordance with permissions mechanism

The permission mechanism for stacks and recipes have changed, so in accordance to this changes it is necessary to rewrite search mechanisms. The proposed solution is override StackDao and RecipeDao in Codenvy and rewrite query for search method.
