Improvements in restart game:

1) fixed activity indicator
2) save/restore all modes
3) handle properly if TDM is killed during restart
4) always enable god/notarget/noclip if restoring camera

Generic changes:
1) Removed menu items.
2) Update checkboxes from GameConnection class too.
