Changes

Added a potential fix for Rollbar item 52. It uses the NON_MODAL ModalityState instead of the default one, which, according to the exception reported might resolve to any, which should be avoided when calling Application.invokeLater().
Added a Development Guide.
Upgraded the gradle-intellij-plugin to 1.12.0
Added support for the new IDE major release, 2023.1.
