Fixing Travis Build Issue

1. Numby which you are using that only support python version >= 3.4.(https://pypi.python.org/pypi/numpy/1.12.0)
   2.Pip which you are using in that "--use-mirrors" doesn't support.
   3.In pep8 I am ignoring some error based on error code you can refer those errors.

Looks good. There was a lot of duplication in the commits here so to avoid polluting the log I've done a squash - changes all checked/approved and merged though.
