Badge: Support dot type

All the demos show using a number, a common use case is to use a dot. It should be able to be styled and toggled.

Add a prop type that accepts dot to choose that variant.

• Create dot type that toggles
• Update prop table
• Add demo section to docs
• Add storybook section for dot variant
