Repeatedly showing the box is annoying so if users change often they can use checkbox to not show the error again.

I would just disable notification for gSwitch entirely.

AFAIK, checkbox for enable/disable GPU change notification has already implemented
in recent version.

@doggy 1.9.6 was just released yesterday and brew can take a couple days to get the changes. Alternatively download 1.9.6 through github or if you already have gswitch installed go to preferences -> check for update
