Support primitive types for annotation builder

I cherry-picked this PR into master after changing the package name, the package/artifact name has now changed to com.coekie.gentyref and has been released as version 1.3.0, it should be available soon at https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.coekie.gentyref/gentyref |

If you need to use gentyref in an OSGi container the manifest must be
declared. This PR simply uses the bndtools maven plugin to export the package
