Trip's Atmosphere & Weather should consider manually set start time

Right now, we only consider the catches time and location, if a catch is attached; however, we should consider the manually set date and time of the Trip, if there are no attached catches.

E: We actually already consider the start/end time -- we just don't update the atmosphere and weather widget state when the user changes the time.
