Description:
Adds a banner letting the user know if they need to setup their env files depending on the desired deployment. Note:
Cohere Platformis always returned but when you attempt to make an API call without setting up yourCOHERE_API_KEYit'll throw an error. This PR also adds a small error message for when this happens and suggests checking if the api key is set.Tests:
