Extension shouldn't log anything unless I ask it to

It's pretty annoying when you have a bunch of browser extensions installed and they all log stuff to the console:

Mostly functions as a reminder for me to uninstall them.

Can we make it so that the Coil extension is totally quiet unless I put it in some kind of debug mode? (Which should be super quick and easy to enable in case you are actually working on the extension, or your annoying boss asks you to debug why xyz website's Web Monetization isn't working on their computer.)
