Error when checking out

Just installed the plugin yesterday, all API is correctly configured and I am getting this error message:

Sorry, but there was an error processing your order. Please try again or try a different payment method.

Really want a solution as I am excited to start accepting bitcoin on my website checkout.

This was the response I got from coinbase

"Really sorry for the trouble here! I’ll be happy to assist with this issue.

Will it be possible to clarify whether your Merchant Profile (https://www.coinbase.com/merchant_profiles) has been fully filled out? If it has not been, this may be a potential cause here."

This worked for me.
