libbitcoin build helper

To build libbitcoin-server it's required that you have all other libbitcoin projects locally and a specific folder structured. This project brings all libbitcoin projects together through git submodules and provides a easy way to build them.

build steps

1. Clone this repository with all submodules
2. Run Build-All.ps1
