Enhancement: Allow buddies to be linked to guns in randomization

Honestly this might not make much sense, but basically for each chroma allow the user to select which buddies match. After randomization, based on whatever gun skin is picked, also choose a random buddy from the user's list that matches the skin. This way the buddy randomizer always picks a buddy that looks good on the random skin.
